Who am I?

About 23 years ago I stumbled upon Games Workshop and wargaming. It was one of those 'down the rabbit hole' moments where a whole new world opened up in front of me. Being married to a miniatures sculptor meant that I started going to tradeshows, visiting very different websites, joining new forums and meeting other manufacturers. The more influences that I became exposed to, the more I started to notice gaps in product lines between what was available and what I wanted to buy. I have a background in sculpting and design and after 10 years of deliberating and making things for myself and friends I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for it...so here we are :) I am a sucker for detail and only use the top contractors to produce my designs. Quality is very important to me from the source material through to the final packaging and I always welcome feedback on how to improve anything.

We are based in the UK and Royal Mail is our primary carrier. Shipping is charged by weight which is automatically calculated as items are added to the basket. We ship daily except Sunday when there is no post collection. RETURNS If you receive damaged goods please send us photos of the items and the packaging when you first receive them. We will send you a pre-paid returns label for them to come back to us and will ship the replacement when they arrive back. If you change your mind we will accept returns up to 28 days after the order has shipped. All items must be unused with intact packaging and in the same condition they were shipped and return shipping cost is your responsibility. We advise using a tracked service to return items in case you need to contact us about your return and make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way as until they arrive with us you are responsible for them.
